At DOPATOX, we take privacy and data security seriously. The app needs sensitive permissions for real-time blocking and offers optional online features. This document explains what stays on your device, what is sent when you use a cloud feature, and the choices available to you.
Core Declaration: Screen content inspected by Accessibility for blocking is processed locally and is not stored or uploaded. DOPATOX does not transmit your browsing history or passwords. Account, community, purchase, optional diagnostics, and consented cloud-verification data are transmitted only as described below.
The use of the AccessibilityService API is the Core Functionality of DOPATOX. The app cannot perform its role as a protection tool without this permission. We use it for the following purposes only:
Our Strict Commitment: The accessibility tool is used exclusively for real-time filtering and blocking. No text read from your screen is saved, nor is it sent to any third party.
The app offers the option to activate the "Device Administrator" permission. This permission is optional but highly recommended to ensure the effectiveness of your recovery. We use it for one purpose only:

To ensure round-the-clock protection without interruption, the app runs as a Foreground Service with a persistent notification. This ensures the operating system doesn't suddenly close the app, keeping you protected at all times.
DOPATOX does not sell personal data. Information is sent only when needed for a feature you use:
Screen text read for Accessibility blocking is not included in these online records. Account-linked records are subject to the in-app account-deletion flow and its backend erasure process. Withdrawal records are anonymized and may be retained for up to 10 years for tax, fraud-prevention, and audit obligations.
Delete your account: You can delete it in the app or submit a request without the app through the DOPATOX account-deletion page.
Account and community data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide and moderate the feature. Optional diagnostic logs expire after 90 days. Unlock and accountability requests expire after 24 hours. Short-lived security and rate-limit records expire automatically. Community content and uploaded media linked to you are erased by the account-deletion process; report tallies may remain only after your account identifier has been removed.
Deleting the Android app from your phone does not delete an online account. Use the in-app Delete account action or the external request page linked above. The deletion process removes the Firebase authentication account, profile, authored community content, uploaded media, device links, referral records, purchase-token binding, optional diagnostics, and pending unlock/accountability requests. A non-reversible short audit hash may remain so a failed deletion can be investigated without retaining your account ID.
DOPATOX uses encrypted HTTPS transport, Firebase Security Rules, authenticated Cloud Functions, App Check, access controls, and one-way hashes for sensitive link tokens. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but access is limited to what is needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
Processors used for these purposes include Google services (Firebase, Google Play, Play Integrity, and Gemini), Brevo for an accountability email you request, and Netlify for this website. To provide public blocklists, device-help guidance, clock checks, flags, fonts, scripts, and map tiles, the app or website may also request content from jsDelivr/GitHub projects, Don't Kill My App, WorldTimeAPI, Flagcdn, unpkg, Carto, and public web CDNs. Those providers receive ordinary network metadata such as an IP address and user agent; DOPATOX does not send them screen text, your Google password, or your private community content. Opening an optional Telegram, YouTube, or social link transfers you to that provider.
These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own security and legal safeguards. DOPATOX does not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

Welcome to DOPATOX. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.
DOPATOX is designed to be a "Self-Control Tool" aimed at limiting access to distracting and pornographic content and reducing screen time. We provide technical support for your personal decision to recover.
Important Legal Notice: DOPATOX is not a medical treatment, nor is it a substitute for psychological counseling or clinical behavioral therapy for complex addictions. We do not guarantee or warrant that the app will permanently cure your addiction, and the results depend primarily on your personal willpower.
The DOPATOX team makes every effort to update databases and blocking algorithms to ensure a safe environment. However, given the constantly changing nature of the internet and mobile apps, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of blocking 100% of unwanted content. We assume no legal or moral liability for any content that may slip through our filtering systems, or for any psychological damages that may result from it.
You agree to use the app for your personal purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to:
You understand and agree that the app will request highly advanced permissions (such as AccessibilityService and Device Administrator) in order to function. Your misuse of these permissions, or your attempt to break the protection through unofficial methods, may lead to data loss or the malfunction of some device functions, and DOPATOX completely disclaims any responsibility for any damage to your device resulting from these attempts.
The price, currency, billing period, trial (if you are eligible), taxes, and final payment terms shown in the Google Play purchase screen control your purchase. Recurring plans renew and Google Play charges the payment method on your Google account at the start of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. A lifetime product, when offered and purchased, is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
You can manage or cancel a recurring plan in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling DOPATOX or deleting your DOPATOX account does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Google Play's refund policy and applicable law; contact support@dopatox.org if a paid entitlement is not delivered.
You remain responsible for content you post or send. You must not publish illegal, abusive, threatening, exploitative, privacy-invasive, spam, impersonating, or rights-infringing content. By submitting content, you grant DOPATOX a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the community features. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, security, or legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
DOPATOX may restrict, remove, or preserve reported content and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Reporting does not guarantee removal, and moderation decisions may be reviewed by contacting support.
Internet services, device manufacturers, Android versions, and third-party apps change over time, so features may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We will use reasonable care and publish material policy changes on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.
