Delete your DOPATOX account and data

Fastest option: Open DOPATOX, go to account settings, and choose Delete account. The app sends the authenticated deletion request directly.

You can request deletion even if you no longer have the Android app. Email us from the Google email address used for your DOPATOX account. State that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted. Never send us your password or purchase token.

We will verify account ownership before processing an emailed request. Deletion covers the Firebase account, profile, posts and their comments, comments and chat messages you authored, uploaded media, leaderboard and interest records, diagnostics, referral records, purchase-token binding, device links, and pending unlock or accountability requests.

Withdrawal records are stripped of the account identifier and wallet address, then may be retained for up to 10 years where required for tax, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations. A non-reversible short hash may remain in the deletion audit so failures can be investigated without retaining your account ID.

Deleting the Android app alone does not delete an online account. See the Privacy Policy for retention and service-provider details.

حذف حساب DOPATOX وبياناته

يمكنك طلب الحذف حتى لو لم يعد التطبيق مثبتًا. أرسل الرسالة من بريد Google المستخدم في حساب DOPATOX، واذكر أنك تريد حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به نهائيًا. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز الشراء.

سنتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب المرسل بالبريد. يشمل الحذف حساب Firebase والملف الشخصي والمنشورات وتعليقاتها والتعليقات ورسائل الدردشة التي أنشأتها والوسائط المرفوعة ولوحة الترتيب والاهتمامات والتشخيصات والإحالات وربط رمز الشراء وروابط الجهاز وطلبات إلغاء القفل أو المحاسبة المعلقة.

تُزال هوية سجلات السحب وعنوان المحفظة، وقد تُحتفظ السجلات حتى 10 سنوات عند الحاجة للالتزامات الضريبية أو منع الاحتيال أو التدقيق. قد تبقى بصمة قصيرة غير قابلة للعكس في سجل الحذف لتشخيص الإخفاقات دون الاحتفاظ بمعرّف حسابك.
